SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drinks making. The method for faster preparation of a coffee extract for a small cup from a sealed capsule that contains ground coffee, by means of water injection under pressure inside the capsule. The capsule is filled with ground coffee, is equipped with a membrane for extract leaking and is exposed to extraction in the device for coffee extraction, and water is injected into the capsule under pressure. The coffee drink leaks through the capsule membrane with an engagement facility that connects and/or disconnects the capsule and the membrane. Pressure drop in the ground coffee layer is reduced when using ground coffee with low percentage content of dust (F) depending on the average particle size of coffee (D43). The extraction yield (Y) is maintained within 15% - 30%, and the coffee extract of 25 or 40 g arrives into a cup within the leakage time of 20 s or less.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce time of coffee extract leakage from capsule with improvement of coffee quality indices, in particular, its required strength, and also sufficient density and consistency of coffee foam.
