A method of removing a gaseous hazardous substance containing a highly concentrated nitrogen oxides and sulphur oxides in an environment containing the hazardous substance, the method comprising: removing nitrogen oxides by using an amine compound aqueous solution as a chemical for removing nitrogen oxides in a primary device and removing sulphur oxides by using the decomposition method, in which the photocatalytic material and the dilute hydrogen peroxide solution are present in a secondary device.

EFFECT: efficient and rapid decomposition of hazardous substances.
