FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics and phthisiology, concerns the method of diagnosis of tuberculosis infection in adults. Invention is a method for diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis by means of a cytofluorometric blood test, after which the amount of CD3+CD4+CD127-CD25+-blood cells and with a value equal to or greater than 0.12*109/liter, diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis, and with a value less than 0.12*109/liter diagnose absence of pulmonary tuberculosis.
EFFECT: method allows to simplify the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, reduce labor intensity, and increase the speed of research.
