SUBSTANCE: invention refers to developing a targeted therapy of the tumour growth. What is disclosed is a method for differentiation stage-related hepatocarcinoma cell exposure to various lithium nanopreparations: nanosized lithium carbonate having a particle size of 10 nm taken as suspension in normal saline and injected intramuscularly to ensure the cytotoxic effect on the tumour cells of the 4th and 5th differentiation stages, and nanosized lithium citrate having a particle size of 10 nm dissolved in normal saline and administered intraperitoneally to provide the cytostatic effect on the tumour cells of the 1st-3rd differentiation stages. The differentiation stages are determined by light microscopy showing a nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio.

EFFECT: method for the hepatocarcinoma cell exposure provides the targeted exposure covering the hepatocarcinoma target cells of the specific differentiation stage.
