FIELD: medicine; oncology.

SUBSTANCE: systemic exposure of an experimental animal to a physical factor is performed for treating malignant tumors. Treatment is started on the fifth day from the moment of inoculation of tumor cells. Physical factor is a hypobaria at pressure in a pressure chamber of 0.5 atm for one hour for 5 days. Prior to each hypobaric session, Methotrexate is administered intraperitoneally in dose of 0.5 mg a day.

EFFECT: method enables producing a pronounced therapeutic effect with reduced metastasis.
