FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to composition, which contains cavity-forming envelope structure and is intended for regulated delivery of medication. Envelope structure of claimed composition includes medication and is capable of releasing its own contents into external space under the influence of external stimulus. Claimed composition is bound with at least one contrast substance, which contains magnetic particles, consisting of Fe, Co, Ni, Zn or Mn or their alloys or oxides of any of said metals or alloys, detected by method of magnetic particles visualisation (MPV). At least over 5 % (wt/wt) of magnetic particles possess magnetic moment, equal at least 10-18 m2·A, and more than 5 wt % of said magnetic particles have time of remagnetisation less than 10 milliseconds per particle. Claimed composition is applied as carrier for regulated delivery of medication.
EFFECT: application of group of inventions makes it possible to increase efficiency and reliability of medication delivery control, which ensures provision of quantitative information about treatment process on the whole.
