FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, represents a carrier for diagnosing, directed delivery and controlled release of medicinal agents, which is a microcapsule containing medicinal agents, characterized by that the microcapsule shell consists of three or more layers of polyelectrolytes, wherein on the surface of the outer layer of the polyelectrolyte, single-domain antibodies used as biological recognition molecules are immobilized in an oriented manner, wherein between layers of polyelectrolytes there are one or more layers, which include magnetic nanoparticles, besides one and more layers, including infrared quantum dots, without heavy metals, as well as one or more layers, including plasmon nanoparticles, and inside the microcapsule there are quantum dots for positron emission tomography and fluorescence detection, also without heavy metals, wherein on the surface of quantum dots for positron emission tomography and fluorescent detection, single-domain antibodies are immobilized.
EFFECT: invention provides creating a biologically compatible carrier for high-sensitivity diagnosis of oncological diseases, directed delivery, controlled by magnetic field, specific accumulation and controlled detectable release of medicinal agents.
