FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods specially intended for manufacturing or treatment of the microstructural properties or systems, and can be used during the composite materials manufacturing. Method of microtubes manufacturing includes preparation of the initial mixture, as it the eutectic alloy of silicon and aluminium (Si - 12.5%, Al - 87.5%) is used, this mixture is arranged on the tungsten wire, it is further heated in vacuum to the mixture melting temperature, as result the dampening by the melted mixture and its flow over the tungsten wire surface are ensured, then the tungsten wire with spread over it surface initial mixture is heated to 900±10°C and held t this temperature for maximum 10 s, producing at that rise of microstructure of aluminium silicide on surface of the tungsten wire, then the tungsten wire with microstructures on it is cooled to room temperature, and microstructures are separated in form of microtubes of aluminium silicide.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of the microtube of aluminium silicide and increases process effectiveness.
