FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining 1-fluoro-2-alkylboracyclopropanes of general formula 
 where R = n-C4H9, n-C6H13, n-C8H17, n-C12H25. Method includes interaction of α-olefin (hex-1-ene, oct-1-ene, dec-1-ene, tetradec-1-ene) with tetrahydrofurane complex of boron fluoride BF3·TGF in presence of Mg (powder) and catalyst Cp2TiCl2 in tetrahydrofurane. Method is realised in inert atmosphere with cooling reaction mass to 0°C for 1 h and further mixing at room temperature (~ 20-22°C) for 12-16 hours with molar ratio α-olefin : BF3·THF : Mg : Cp2TiCl2 = 10 : (10÷30) : (20÷40) : (1.8÷2.2).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain novel boron compounds, which can be applied as catalytic systems in processes of oligo- and polymerisation of olefin, diene and acetylene hydrocarbons, as well as in fine organic and organometallic synthesis.
