FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: geo-location is carried out while varying the turning angles of the antenna unit of the georadar. The method includes, at the investigation site in confined space, making semi-cylindrical depressions in which probing is performed at different angular positions of the antenna unit of the georadar, for which said unit is moved on the surface of the depression, and the probing angles are measured on a scale and a pointer scale, placed on the antenna unit. Radargrams recorded using said method are characterised by a set of unique signal traces, which are recorded at different angles to the reflecting horizontal boundary, which enables to pick up regular signals.

EFFECT: high information value of georadar data.
