FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of lithium-ion conducting material manufacturing with composition Li7La3Hf2O12 is suggested, it includes stage-by-stage heat treatment with intermediate burden change, with the difference that solution of hafnium sulphate is treated by solution of ammonium hydroxide in ratio 1:1, the produced product if filtered and dried, then is dissolved in nitric acid at concentration 3 mol/l, and to the produced solution the solutions of lanthanum nitrate and lithium nitrate are added in stoichiometric ratio, prepared with surplus (0.04-0.15 mol) of nitric acid, the solutions are held during heating and mixing to reduce volume by two times, then crystallohydrate of citric acid is added in amount 3 mol per 1 mol of Hf(IV), and holding is repeated at temperature 140-150°C until formation of the dry residue, the obtained dry residue is dried and heat treated by four stages: I stage - at temperature 350-380°C for 2-3 hours; II stage - at temperature 560-590°C for 3-4 hours; III and IV stages - at temperature 680-710°C and 780-810°C for 4-5 hours, respectively, with burden change after III stage.
EFFECT: method of lithium-ion conducting material manufacturing is implemented at temperature up to 810 degrees, and permits manufacturing of clean product without contaminating admixtures.
