FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: extruder consists of loading chamber, body, auger, spinneret, vacuum chamber, transfer chamber and vacuum pump. Said vacuum chamber is aligned with said auger and female die spinneret. Chamber side walls are arranged at the angle smaller than that of friction of extruded article against chamber wall material. Chamber comprises cutter and moisture discharge and condensation system composed by vacuum cylinder and vacuum controller. To remove condensate from this system, vacuum cylinder is provided with articulated cover with seal. Vacuum cylinder volume equals that of vacuum chamber. Vacuum controller is located between vacuum cylinder and vacuum pump.
EFFECT: simplified design, lower power consumption.
