FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains grain flakes, protein material, a vegetal complex and taste additives. The grain flakes are represented by barley, wheat and rice flakes; the vegetal complex - by a mixture including powders of dried pumpkin, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and pectin. The protein material and the taste additive are represented by milk protein and culinary salt, respectively. The components are used at the following ratio, wt %: barley flakes - 22.9-27.3, wheat flakes - 21.5-23.0, rice flakes - 21.5-23.0, pumpkin powder - 5.0- 8.5, pumpkin seeds powder - 4.0-5.1, sunflower seeds powder - 4.5-5.8, pectin - 4.5-6.0, milk protein - 4.0-7.0 and culinary salt - 1.2.
EFFECT: obtainment of an instant mush composition balanced in terms of mineral formula, vitamins and cellulose content.
