SUBSTANCE: mush composition includes the following components, wt %: wheat flakes - 14.0-20.0; barley flakes - 14.0-20.0; oat lakes - 14.0-17.0; rye flakes - 10.0-14.0; linseed flour - 3.8-5.4; milled hazelnuts - 4.5-6.0; milled sunflower seeds - 2.0-4.0; raisins - 4.0-6.0; Gogi berries - 4.8-6.5; pectin - 2.0-3.5; milk protein - 2.7-4.0; culinary salt - 1.2; sweetener - 4.5-6.0. The mush has a balanced mineral formula with a sufficient content of ferrum, selenium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamins of B, E, PP, β- carotene group,a sufficient content of cellulose and is enriched with zinc, iodine, vitamins C, A, E, D and pectin substances.
EFFECT: ready product allergenicity reduction and reconditioning time decrease.
