SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of a corrugated plate for a heat exchanger from composite materials involves manufacture of a prepreg with its further arrangement on the surface of a base with a zigzag-shaped profile accurately reproducing the internal outline of the shaped corrugated plate; application onto the surface of the base profile of an adhesive layer and provision of prepreg adherence to the base along the whole surface of the zigzag-shaped profile of the base; alignment of a corrugation as to height by a mating pressure plate, heating for carbonisation of an assembly from the base with the corrugated prepreg bonded to it and the mating pressure plate; cooling of the assembly and removal of the obtained corrugated plate from it; compaction of the corrugated plate by silicon carbide from a gaseous phase of methylsilane. Prepreg is made from non-woven material based on a fibre of silicon carbide or carbon with thickness of 0.1 to 0.35 mm. Prior to formation of prepreg, non-woven material on the side of the base profile is connected to a polymer film non-permeable for an adhesive layer and a binding agent at room temperature and decomposed without any coke residue during carbonisation.

EFFECT: invention allows reducing the weight of a corrugated plate and improving heat removal through a corrugation.
