FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for endoscopic probing of the gastrointestinal tract. A device contains a capsule-shaped case, in which installed are: a power source, a light source, a video camera, a module of registration and transmission of information, a unit for the storage of values of measured parameters of the environment condition, sensors of the gastrointestinal tract state control, connected with a controller, made with a possibility of sending a control signal to the electric drive of an oscillating mechanism and connected with a signal receiver. The oscillating mechanism is made inertial with a possibility of creating a cyclic alternating inertia force along the longitudinal case axis, with constructive elements in the form of an obliquecog comb, oriented with a possibility of creating a resistance force when the device moves backward along the gastrointestinal tract greater than when it moves forward, being made on the generatrix, on its cylinder-shaped external surface.
EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to extend the arsenal of means for endoscopic probing of the gastrointestinal tract.
