FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for endoscopic probing of the gastrointestinal tract. A videocapsule contains a case, in which installed are: a power source, a light source, a video camera, a module for the registration and transmission of information, a unit for the storage of values of measured parameters of the environment condition, sensors of the gastrointestinal tract state control and a unit for the modulation of the active movement mode, containing an oscillating inertial mechanism, which creates a cyclic alternating inertia force along the longitudinal axis of the videocapsule and provides the forced movement of the videocapcule along the gastrointestinal tract. The oscillating inertial mechanism is made in the form of an electric drive with an eccentric, installed on its shaft. The unit for the modulation of the active movement mode contains a controller of the analysis of the gastrointestinal tract state, connected with the drive of the oscillating inertial mechanism and with a receiver of signals from the external device, connected with a controller. Constructive elements in the form of an obliquecog comb, creating the resistance force, directed along the longitudinal axis of the device, different in the process of its movement forward and backward along the gastrointestinal tract, are made on the generatrix of the external surface of the case part.
EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to extend the arsenal of means for endoscopic probing of the gastrointestinal tract.
