FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for endoscopic probing of the gastrointestinal tract. A device of videocapsule travel contains a capsule-shaped case, in which installed are: a power source, a light source, a video camera, a module of registration and transmission of information, a unit for the storage of values of measured parameters of the environment condition, sensors for the gastrointestinal tract state control, connected with a controller, made with a possibility of supplying controlling signal to the electric drive of an oscillating mechanism and connected with a signal receiver. The oscillating mechanism is made inertial and contains an eccentric installed on the electric drive shaft, with the plane of the eccentric rotation being parallel to the longitudinal axis of the case. Constructive elements in the form of an obliquecog comb, oriented with a possibility of creating a resistance force greater when the device moves backward along the gastrointestinal tract than when it moves forward, are made on the generatrix on a cylinder-shaped external surface of the case.
EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to extend the assortment of devices for endoscopic probing of the gastrointestinal tract.
