SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital television broadcasting. The device includes the following: an insert unit having a possibility of inserting the information relating to data into packets of time marking of programmes (PCR packets) of a transport stream of a broadcasting signal of digital television; with that, PCR packets can remain in transport stream after processing by a television broadcasting system, and the broadcasting signal of digital television, which contains no data; with that, the information relating to the data is inserted only in some part of PCR packets of transport stream at the corresponding time intervals for combination with AV content of the programme, which is included in the broadcasting signal of digital television; and an output unit having a possibility of transmitting a broadcasting signal of digital television for broadcasting.

EFFECT: data transmission without any separation of a band for broadcasting of data in a broadcast range for digital television broadcasting.
