FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry, and namely to processing methods of building materials, and can be used for application of thin-layer waterproof coating based on polymer sulphur onto porous building materials. The application method of a thin-layer waterproof coating based on polymer sulphur onto porous building materials involves warm-up of polymer sulphur, drying and warm-up of items at the temperature of 120-125 °C during 1-5 minutes in vacuum, their arrangement in a dipping bath, dipping and unloading of items. Dipping is performed at the temperature of 130-140°C during 0.5-10 minutes; after that, dipping is repeated by having turned the item in advance. Number of dippings depends on the number of item faces.
EFFECT: improving strength, freeze resistance and chemical resistance, and reducing water absorption of building materials.
