FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. Device comprises structures mounted on the surface to form nanotopography. A random or ordered structure pattern can be created as a complex pattern comprising structures of different size and/or shape. Microneedles can be effectively used to deliver a preparation to a cell or tissue. The devices can be used to change the cell behaviour either directly, or indirectly by the reaction of the created nanotopography with a cytoplasmic cell membrane and/or an extracellular matrix component.
EFFECT: there are described nanotopography-based methods and devices for the reaction with the component of connective tissue of derma.
