FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry. A continuous method of producing chlorine dioxide includes feeding chlorate ions, hydrogen peroxide and an acid into a reactor having internal nozzle elements. Said chlorate ions, hydrogen peroxide and acid in the reactor react to form a product stream containing chlorine dioxide. The obtained product stream is removed from the reactor. The reactor may have unordered nozzle elements or a structured nozzle.
EFFECT: method improves efficiency of consumption of initial reagents and production of chlorine dioxide, and simplifies the process.
