FIELD: communications engineering.
SUBSTANCE: firstly, communications channel quality is controlled. On basis of control results interference-resistant code is selected with variable parameters, which is utilized to encode information at transmitting side. Then, information, protected by interference-resistant code, is transmitted to communication channel. At receiving side interference-resistant code is decoded with detection and correction of errors dependently on correcting capability of selected code. Source information is encoded by interference-resistant cascade code, quality control of communications channel is performed at receiving side on basis of results of encoding of words of inner interference-resistant cascade code, while number of received, deleted and transformed words of inner interference-resistant cascade code are determined, minimal code distance of outer interference-resistant cascade code is determined, which is necessary for correct receipt of interference-resistant cascade code, variable parameters of interference-resistant cascade code are selected, variable parameters of interference-resistant cascade code are defined with consideration of current estimation thereof and previous estimation thereof, received during receipt of previously transmitted cascade codes, and finally these parameters are reported to transmitting side.
EFFECT: higher trustworthiness of data transmission in communication channel and simplified hardware and software method implementation.
