SUBSTANCE: functional structure of reciprocating rotation of the medical table with toroidal surgical robotic system which comprises the vertical case of the medical table the upper part of which is implemented with a possibility of reciprocating longitudinal shift with reference to the lower fixed part of the medical table in the longitudinal direction, the gear for execution of procedure of reciprocating rotation is implemented in the form of the first washer with internal axial hole where the gear conic surface is made which is functionally connected with the drive gear with the gearbox, and on edges of the first washer with the gear conic surface the vertical semicircular grooves are evenly made along the circle where the vertical rods are located the upper ends of which are fixed in the middle lower part of the lower stationary in the longitudinal direction medical table, and the lower ends of vertical rods are fixed on the lower additional washer with the lower cylindrical stiffening rib which is oriented downwards, and with the central axial hole where also evenly along the circle the additional rods are located the lower ends of which are fixed on the upper part of the stiffening washer of the lower cylindrical part of the vertical case of the medical table where circular rolling bearings are also located which are fixed in the lower part of the cylindrical stiffening rib of the additional washer, and upper ends of additional rods are fixed on the upper additional washer in the upper part of which the drive with gearbox is fixed which rotates the medical table, while on the upper additional washer the vertically oriented support bearings are fixed on each side, the rotating part of which has the lower surface of the first washer with conic gear surface and with vertical rods in its semicircular vertical grooves which are also located in internal part of the axial limiting hole of the additional upper stiffening washer which is located in the upper cylindrical part of the vertical case of the medical table, while by means of additional stiffening rods which are also evenly arranged along the circle it is fixed on the upper surface of the stiffening washer which is fixed in the lower cylindrical part of the vertical case of the medical table.
