SUBSTANCE: functional structure of reciprocating turn of the medical table with toroidal surgical robot system comprising vertical casing of the medical table, at that the second pinion to execute the reciprocating turn in form of the first washer with the internal axial hole, where tooth cone surface is made, it is functionally connected with the pinion of the drive with gearbox for its turn, and at edges of the first washer uniformly along the circle the vertical half slots are made, in them the vertical rods are installed, their top ends are secured in the middle bottom part of the bottom medical table fixed in the longitudinal direction, and bottom ends of the vertical rods are secured on the bottom additional washer with the central axial hole, in which also uniformly along the circle the additional rods are located, their bottom ends are secured on the top part of the stiffness washer of the top part of the vertical casing of the medical table, and the top ends of the additional rods are secured on the top additional washer, in its top part the drive with gearbox is secured it implements the procedure of the medical table turn, at that on the top additional washer at both sides vertically oriented journal bearings are secured, on their rotating part the bottom surface of the first washer with cone tooth surface and vertical rods in its vertical half slots, that are also located in the internal part of the axial limiting hole of the additional top stiffness washer, that is uniformly along the circle secured on the extended in the vertical direction rods, at that at the edges of the additional top stiffness washer uniformly along the circle the second vertically oriented journal bearings are secured, on their rotating part the middle bottom part of the bottom medical table fixed in the longitudinal direction.
