SUBSTANCE: functional structure of individual reciprocating turn of extension elements for clamping and holding of diagnostic and surgical housings inside toroid robot system with sliding cover, in which housing of individual reciprocating turn of group of extension elements clamping and holding of diagnostic and surgical housings has toroidal shape with extension lid together with a retractable internal part of toroidal housing, accommodating support washer with axial hole, which is either solid, or in form of separate sectors, wherein middle part and extreme part of support washer are made of cylindrical shape, which are directed upwards, and between them with equal spacing are arranged for independent turn of separate sectors of round plate with extending elements for clamping and holding of diagnostic and surgical housings, on inner cylindrical parts of separate sectors of round plate are fixed several thrust bearings, which are positionally located on horizontally oriented part of support washer, and on horizontally oriented inner parts of separate sectors of round plate is fixed corresponding drive with reduction gear for individual turn, wherein edges of sectors of round plate in section are L-shaped, on upper horizontal surface of which are arranged in series in sector limiting bearings, which are fixed on internal cylindrical part of additional washer, that is fixed inside housing and is solid, or in form of separate sectors, which positionally in initial position are located opposite sectors of round plates, and also a turn gear is made either solid or in form of separate sectors, and middle parts of individual sectors turn gear are functionally connected with corresponding gear reducer of individual drive.
