FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to a device for coextrusion with usage of gas for moulding grain food products and snacks. The device (20) contains a coextrusion head (22) linked to the extruder (24). The nozzle (56) is formed by means of the nozzle (58) recess in the extrusion head passing along the axis (AN) from the nozzle to the coexrusion head nozzle outlet (60). The injector (50) passes through the coextrusion head recess along the nozzle axis. The injector and the nozzle jointly mould dough (26) into a rope (30) that is tubular and has a wall section (32) and an inner cavity (34) surrounded by the wall section when dough is extruded from the nozzle outlet and relative to the injector. The compressed gas source (62) supplies compressed gas from the injector outlet into the rope inner cavity for radial extension of the rope wall section. The delivery system (86) supplies material to be entrained into the compressed gas in the pipe (78) connected to the injector inlet.
EFFECT: invention implementation will allow to enhance the resultant product quality.
