FIELD: personal use and household items.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to kitchen equipment, namely to device for production of food products. Device has case, which comprises container for food mixture holding. Container has open top part and open bottom part. Plunger with open upper surface and closed bottom surface is movable inside container. Inner side wall and outer side wall form a hole between each other, providing the flow of part of food mixture upwards through the hole by inner and outer side walls during plunger moving down. Extruder nozzle adjacent to container bottom part has inlet and outlet for food mixture release during downward plunger moving. Sliding plate is located under outlet. During operation food mixture is released from outlet and extruded on plate. Extruded food product is continuously uniformly extruded from outlet and received on plate.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to perform extrusion of food mixture.
