FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a body (1), rotors (2, 3) with working elements (4), a loading device (5), a helical nozzle of discharge of ground material (6) and drives (7). The discharge nozzle adjoins a hole in an upper cover (8) of the body. The hole of the upper cover is in the radius R and communicates with the additional working volume. The additional working volume is formed by the upper cover of the body and a disc (9) of the upper rotor (2) of a grinding chamber. On the disc of the upper rotor along the concentric circumference with the radius R there is a row of striking elements (10) fixed rigidly. On the lower surface of the upper cover of the body along the concentric circumference with the radius R1 there is a row of breaking elements (11) fixed rigidly. The distance in the row between two adjacent striking elements and also two adjacent breaking elements is more than two maximum dimensions of the particles of bulk grinding product. The radial gap between the disc of the upper rotor and the inner cylindrical surface of the body is more than two maximum dimensions of pieces of the initial material, and R1>R.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of grinding process due to grinding of large fraction particles in an additional working volume.
