FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to crush the brittle low-abrasive materials with humidity below 4% during production of the construction materials, and in other industries. The disintegrator contains casing (1) with standard secured branch (11) common for crushing chamber and additional work volume for unloading of the finished product, loading device (2), crushed material removal branch (3) and drives (4). The removal branch is connected with hole (5) in top lid of the casing. The additional work volume is connected with hole (5) and is made by top cone surface of grinder (6). The grinder is rigidly secured by bottom base on disk of top (7) rotor of crushing chamber, and bottom cone surface of baffle (8). The baffle is rigidly secured on the bottom surface of the top casing cover. The grinder and baffle with radially located fins on the cone surface are located on the same axis with the loading device. The generatrices of the cone surfaces of the grinder and baffle are parallel and have inclination from centre to the periphery exceeding angle of natural slope of the crushed material. The crushing chamber is located between the disks of top and bottom (9) rotors, and contains in the peripheral part the classifying rod grating (10) with cutout against the hole to the removal branch.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of crushing.
