FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely to a composite matrix for bone tissue regeneration, a method of obtaining and application thereof. The composite matrix for bone tissue regeneration includes 60% of fibroin, 10% of gelatine and 30% of hydroxyapatite, with the size of matrix pores constituting 150-300 mcm. The method of obtaining the composite matrix consists in mixing hydroxyapatite with NaCl, dissolution of gelatine and fibroin in a solution of lithium chloride in formic acid, centrifugation of the solution, containing fibroin and gelatine, layer-by-layer application of the supernatant in a mould, mixing it with a mixture of hydroxyapatite with NaCl, drying samples, further drying at room temperature, processing the obtained matrix with ethanol alcohol, washing with bidistilled water, degassing under specified conditions. The method of bone tissue regeneration consists in the introduction of an effective amount of the matrix into the region of an injury of the bone tissue of the subject who needs it. Application of the composite matrix for bone tissue regeneration is described.
EFFECT: described matrix possesses high strength and good biocompatibility, as well as bioinertness and an ability of biodegradation, which makes it possible to apply them for bone tissue regeneration successively.
