FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises culturing a strain of bacteria Gluconacetobacter sucrofermentans RNCIM B-11267 under static conditions on the after-alcohol distillery grain followed by obtaining a gel film of bacterial cellulose. The obtained gel film of bacterial cellulose is placed in the solution of antibiotic sodium fusidine in the concentration of 2-200 mg/ml for 5 h and dried at room temperature to obtain the biocomposite.

EFFECT: invention enables to use the resulting biocomposite as wound covering against staphylococci resistant to penicillin and streptomycin.
