FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: parietal peritoneum is excised within a defect of an anterior abdominal wall in a left inguinal region from left to right to extend to a right inguinal region as a single flap with separating the inguinal regions and a supravesical region thereafter. One mesh endoprosthesis is placed in the pre-peritoneal region so as to cover the inguinal supravesical regions completely.
EFFECT: method reinforces supravesical fossa tissues and prevents recurrent hernias.
