FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A coupling unit for exposed eye positioning with respect to a laser system comprises a first positioning surface for positioning with respect to a laser system, a second positioning surface for overlaying for an exposed object and forms a channel extended through the second positioning surface for the emission produced by the laser system. The coupling unit comprises a one-piece body forming a first and second positioning surfaces and a separating cone, which embraces the above channel. A narrow end of the separating cone has a contact member applicable on the exposed eye. From a wide end of the separating cone, the coupling unit is equipped with a mount flange, which annularly encloses the separating cone and dilated along its perimeter partially to form a finger plate. The coupling unit is configured to be inserted in the radial direction into a slot in the laser system and retained in the above slot with respect to the laser system in the axial direction.
EFFECT: using the invention provides the high-accuracy positioning of the coupling unit.
