FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves fish fillet and vegetable components preparation and cutting into pieces, placement into a container, closure and freezing. Placement into the container is performed in layers; the lower layer is made of the fish fillet pieces; the upper - of the vegetable components. The vegetable components are represented by girasol, zucchini, green runner beans and leek. All the components are used at the weight specified ratio.
EFFECT: fish semi-product manufacture.
