SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to individual devices that can be used to improve ventilation of the lungs, the nasopharynx cavity and the upper part of the nasal cavity during night snoring, apnea, sleep disorders, cognitive impairment in conditions of xerostomia and nasal obstruction. In an anti-snoring device suitable for placement in the oral cavity and including a mouthguard and positioning means, the mouthguard consists of a clasp in the form of a metal frame in the form of an arc, on which basic elements are placed to form a passage opening for breathing air into the user's oral cavity, each of which is a fragment of an individual impression splint of the jaw of a particular person, stretching from canine to molars, made of polymer material with imprints of mating teeth of the upper and lower jaws, at the same time, two pairs of multidirectional positioning means are built into each basic element from the vestibular side with an offset in relation to each other, preventing displacement of the device in the vertical and horizontal planes, made and mounted in the basic elements, taking into account the anatomical features of the jaw and the dentition of a particular person, each pair of said positioning means includes a rod-shaped clasp with a thickened end and a profile bracket.

EFFECT: increased operational characteristics, including rigidity and reliability of fixation of the device in the user's oral cavity in order to increase the lumen of the airways and keep the lower jaw in a slightly prominated position.
