COLOURING COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF FORMING COATING FILM USING SAME Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC C09D163/00 C09D5/44 C09D133/14 C09D143/04 C09D175/04

Abstract RU 2566145 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a colouring composition deposited by cationic electrodeposition, said composition including an amine group-containing epoxy resin, blocked polyisocyanate obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate compound and an active hydrogen-containing component which contains propylene glycol, a gel-like polymer in the form of microparticles used for cationic electrodeposition, and dispersed pigment paste, wherein the amine group-containing epoxy resin is a polyol-modified amine group-containing epoxy resin obtained by reacting a polycaprolactone polyol compound and an amine group-containing compound with modified epoxy resin, the modified epoxy resin is obtained by bonding caprolactone to a hydroxyl group-containing epoxy resin, the gel-like polymer in the form of microparticles used for cationic electrodeposition is obtained by crosslinking an acrylic copolymer containing a hydrolysable alkoxy silane group and a cationic group, and the content of the gel-like polymer in the form of microparticles used for cationic electrodeposition in the mixture, in a colouring composition deposited by cationic electrodeposition, in terms of the content of solid substances, is equal to 0.1-20 pts.wt relative to 100 pts.wt of the amine group-containing epoxy resin and the blocked polyisocyanate compound.

EFFECT: providing a cationically electrodeposited dye having excellent spreading capability in a part with a gap (covering properties with respect to clearance), anti-corrosion properties of edges and decorative properties.
