SUBSTANCE: method involves creating a carious cavity, filling the carious cavity with a medicinal material and placing a filling. To this effect, Orgamax bioactive osteoplastic material based on allogenic demineralised bone matrix and possessing the antimicrobial, osteoconductive and osteoinductive properties. Further, a temporary filling is placed. The following 6-12 months include X-ray monitoring of the tooth health. After the periodental membrane starts forming, the temporary filling is removed; the carious cavity is covered with an isolation pad, and a permanent filling is placed.

EFFECT: higher clinical effectiveness by restoring the dental pulp completely and stimulating the immature roots of the permanent teeth in children.
