FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: micro-opto-electromechanical two-axial angular speed and linear acceleration sensor consisting of the main transceiving channel of optical radiation comprising the fibre-optical coupler connected by light guides with the optical radiation source and receiver connected electrically to the information processing unit and optically through the light guide with the sensitive element comprising the optical radiation orientation device made from quartz glass in the form of a parallelepiped, partially coated with a mirror dusting, in addition contains: the centrally fixed beam, with square lateral side, and seven additional optical radiation orientation devices, each side has two optical radiation orientation devices; and two gaskets located under the place of connection of light guides to the fastened optical radiation orientation devices, providing a gap between four optical radiation orientation devices.

EFFECT: expansion of functionality of the fibre-optical converter on the basis of optical tunnel effect to provide measurement of angular speed and linear acceleration with reference to two axes of inertial system of coordinates.
