SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrumentation. Micro-opto-electromechanical compensation converter of linear accelerations with circuits of coarse-precise stabilization of the sensitive element contains an optical radiation source, a fiber-optic coupler separating the optical radiation of the source, two light guides supplying radiation to a four-channel optical modulator, accepting the input acceleration, four photodetectors detecting changes in optical radiation in the modulator, four current-voltage converters, a processing and correction unit that forms the measured acceleration value and transmits correction signals to four pairs of plates of the fine stabilization circuit and two electromagnets of the coarse stabilization circuit.
EFFECT: expanding the measurement range, reducing the sensitivity to transverse linear accelerations, reducing the sensitivity to side angular accelerations, reducing the risk of mechanical contact between the parts of the optical transducer.
