DNA SEQUENCE USED AS PROBE FOR PROVIDING MAXIMUM RATIO OF "SIGNAL/BACKGROUND" IN TEST SYSTEMS BASED ON IMMUNO-PCR Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC C12N15/11

Abstract RU 2566550 C1

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a DNA sequence which is used as a probe to provide the maximum ratio of "signal/background" in the test systems based on immuno-PCR. The said DNA sequence has a length of 81 nucleotides and represents the sequence CA-TAC-GTT-CGA-CTG-CTA-CTG-GTG-CAA-CGG-GTT-CGA-TCA-GCT-CCG-CCG-GGC-CTC-CCA-ATC-CCC-CGT-GAG-ATG-TAC-AGA-CTA-G and CA-TAC-GTT-CGA-CTG-CTA-CCG-AAT-GGA-TGT-GTC-CGA-GCT-CCA-TTT-CCG-TCC-AAT-CCT-CTT-CGT-CGT-GAG-ATG-TAC-AGA-CTA-G. This DNA sequence is inert in binding with bovine serum albumin and α-casein, which is the most commonly used inert proteins as part of blocking solutions used in immunoassay, it carries a biotin molecule in the extreme 5'-position to form a complex with the biotinylated detecting antibody by the simultaneous interaction with protein of avidin series.

EFFECT: high ratio of signal-background in the detection of the target protein by the method of immuno-PCR.
