SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Claimed tire comprises breaker (7), ring (9) and noise absorber (10) composed of spongy material and connected to radially inner surface (TS) of tread (2). Noise absorber (10) width (WA) in tire axial direction makes 40-70% of width (TW) of tread contact with soil. Ring (9) comprises overlap area (12) wherein two ring plies (9A, 9B) are laid one on another from inner and outer sides in radial direction. Overlap area (12) covers breaker (7) outer play if seen in tire axial direction by cover width (WB). The latter makes 10-25% of width (TW) of tread contact with soil. Overlap area (12) end (12i), inner one extends from noise absorber (10) outer end (E) if seen in tire axial direction, to tire outer side in axial direction through distance (LC.) The latter makes 5-20% of width (TW) of tread contact with soil.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance of tire shoulder are, reduced external noise.
