FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes sputtering solid-alloy nanopowders with a plasma jet on a substrate placed perpendicular to the direction of the axis of the plasma jet, using oxygen-hydrocarbon gas mixtures; using a substrate, any part of which is made with a slope of not more than 8-10°. The sputtering process includes arranging particles of the coatings to be sputtered in one direction with momentum of dynamic pressure of a gas stream and attaching in an ordered position using adhesive forces of microparticles of the substrate. After the sputtering process, the substrate is placed along the axis of the plasma jet and the coating is treated with the plasma jet.
EFFECT: improved method.
