FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises conversion of electric magnitude being measured and count of measured electric magnitude. Note here that open resonator is excited by electromagnetic oscillations to affect said open resonator by converted electric magnitude. Resonance resonator resonance frequency is measured to count the magnitude thereby of measured electric magnitude.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements.
