FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: converter comprises a silicon crystal with grooves, where planar metal concentrators are placed. Planar metal concentrators are made with length L and thickness b, besides, the gap value between concentrators h makes approximately not more than 2 thicknesses of the concentrator b and at least 0.06 of length of the concentrator L. A magnetosensitive element is placed on the crystal surface in the field between grooves. About the magnetosensitive element there is a planar coil of the first type, made as capable of generation of magnetic field along the axis of light magnetization of magnetoresistive strips separated from the magnetosensitive element by the first layer of dielectric, above which there is a planar coil of the second type made as capable of generation of magnetic field, perpendicular to the axis of light magnetization of magnetoresistive strips, separated from the planar coil of the first type by the second layer of dielectric.
EFFECT: increased relative sensitivity to weak magnetic field and increased signal-noise ratio.
