SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine and deal with antibacterial complex, which contains sequence of nucleic acid of native cell binding site for bacterial transcription factor and delivery group, selected from compounds of quaternary amine and bis-aminoalkanes and their unsaturated derivatives, with aminocomponent of aminoalkane being aminogroup which forms part of heterocyclic ring. Antibacterial complex and pharmaceutical composition containing it are applied for treatment of bacterial infections.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides means, efficient in low concentrations, possessing synergic antibacterial effect.
