SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a frozen yoghurt composition for boosting immune system and/or with anti-inflammatory action. Composition contains about 106 to 1012 CFU of non-replicating probiotic microorganisms per serving, whereby non-replicating probiotic microorganisms are rendered non-replicating by heat treatment at a temperature from 71.5 to 150 °C for 1-120 s.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain compositions having new and improved anti-inflammatory and immunogenic properties in comparison with initial live strains.
