SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutical compositions for inhalation containing inhaled corticosteroid and β-agonist. Said pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease contains arformoterol and fluticasone furoate in a molar ratio of 1:10 to 1:100. Also a method for preparing the composition and the use of the composition for treating or preventing asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an effective combination of arformoterol and fluticasone furoate for treatment of respiratory disorders.
