SUBSTANCE: to predict risk of development of pre-eclampsia in women of Russian nationality, born in Central Chernozemie, with non-burdened heredity, DNA is isolated from peripheral blood and analysis of polymorphisms of cytikine genes is performed. Monimal risk of development of pre-eclampsia in women with non-burdened heredity is predicted by six combinations of genetic variants of seven genetic polymorphisms: +1931 A MIP1β, +250 A Ltα, -403 G/A RANTES; -801 G SDF1, G MCP-1, +250 A Ltα; -801 G SDF1, +250 A Ltα, G I-TAC; +250 A Ltα, G I-TAC, -308 GG TNFα; +1931 A MIP1β, -403 A RANTES; -801 G SDF1, G MCP-1.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of prediction.
