FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: DNA is extracted from peripheral venous blood of Russian women born in the Central Chernozem Region of Russia and the polymorphisms of cytokine genes MMP-3, MMP-8 and MMP-12 are analyzed. The minimal risk of preeclampsia development in women with hereditary burden is predicted when a combination of A MMP-8 (rs11225395), C MMP-8 (rs1320632), A MMP-12 (rs652438) alleles is detected, and without hereditary burden, when a combination of 6A MMP-3 (rs3025058), A MMP-8 (rs11225395), C MMP-8 (rs1320632) alleles is detected.
EFFECT: obtaining of assesment criteria for the risk of pre-eclampsia development in women with burdened and not burdened heredity.
